S\u2019acceptaran propostes de panell relacionades amb qualsevol \u00e0mbit dels estudis africans, m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del lema del congr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Amb el registre<\/strong><\/a> previ a la web, les propostes s’han d’enviar a trav\u00e9s del formulari espec\u00edfic<\/strong> per la persona que assumeixi el rol de coordinaci\u00f3 de panell i persona de contacte.<\/p>\n

La convocat\u00f2ria per proposar panells es tanca el 31 de maig del 2024.<\/h4>\n

El Comit\u00e8 Organizador far\u00e0 p\u00fablics els panells acceptats el 5 de juny del 2024.<\/h4>\n

Cada proposta haur\u00e0 d\u2019incloure:<\/p>\n

  1. T\u00edtol<\/li>\n
  2. Resum (250 paraules)<\/li>\n
  3. Persona coordinadora principal i contacte, responsable del panell i contacte per a comunicacions amb el Comit\u00e8 del Congr\u00e9s<\/li>\n
  4. Coordinadors\/es: cal que totes les persones que es coordinin un panell es registrin a la plataforma per poder gestionar les comunicacions<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Es valorar\u00e0 que la coordinaci\u00f3 inclogui especialistes d\u2019institucions portugueses i espanyoles.<\/p>\n

    La Comissi\u00f3 Cient\u00edfica del Congr\u00e9s avaluar\u00e0 les propostes de Panells i n’acceptar\u00e0 les que s’ajustin als requisits d’aquesta convocat\u00f2ria.<\/p>\n

    M\u00e9s endavant, les persones coordinadores dels panells aprovats hauran d’acceptar, alhora, les propostes de comunicacions per als seus respectius panells, sumant un m\u00ednim de 3, sense comptar les presentacions dels\/de les coordinadors\/es.<\/p>\n

    La gesti\u00f3 de cada panell es realitzar\u00e0 a trav\u00e9s d’aquest web. previ inici de<\/strong> sessi\u00f3<\/strong><\/a> de l’usuari registrat amb correu i contrasenya. S’enviaran les instruccions pertinents a les persones coordinadores.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Cada participant al Congr\u00e9s nom\u00e9s podr\u00e0 coordinar 1 Panell.<\/h4>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Un cop finalitzat el termini de resposta de les persones coordinadores, la Comissi\u00f3 Cient\u00edfica podr\u00e0 proposar fusions o redireccionaments de panells i de les persones que han presentat comunicaci\u00f3, ja sigui perqu\u00e8 les seves propostes hagin estat rebutjades o perqu\u00e8 siguin insuficients per constituir un panell.<\/p>\n

    El Comit\u00e8 Organitzador, per part seva, establir\u00e0 franges hor\u00e0ries per a cada panell, en funci\u00f3 de les comunicacions aprovades (4-6 per 2 hores); la possibilitat d’ocupar m\u00e9s de dues franges (m\u00e9s de 12 comunicacions aprovades, sense comptar les persones coordinadores) no ser\u00e0 autom\u00e0tica i, si \u00e9s el cas, el Comit\u00e8 Organitzador ho estudiar\u00e0, consultant, si ho creu necessari, la Comissi\u00f3 Cient\u00edfica. El Comit\u00e8 Organitzador far\u00e0 p\u00fabliques les franges i ubicacions de cada panell el 15 de novembre de 2024.<\/p>\n

    La preparaci\u00f3 i l’organitzaci\u00f3 de les sessions aprovades per al panell ser\u00e0 responsabilitat de les persones coordinadores.<\/p>\n

    Les propostes de comunicaci\u00f3 s’han de presentar a un panell aprovat i han d’estar relacionades tem\u00e0ticament amb l’\u00e0mbit del panell.<\/p>\n

    Les comunicacions de cada panell es poden presentar en qualsevol de les cinc lleng\u00fces en qu\u00e8 es desenvolupar\u00e0 el congr\u00e9s: catal\u00e0 (CA), espanyol (ES), franc\u00e8s (FR), angl\u00e8s (EN) i portugu\u00e8s (PT).<\/p>\n

    Amb el registre<\/strong><\/a> previ a la web, les propostes de comunicacions s’han d’enviar a trav\u00e9s del seu formulari espec\u00edfic<\/strong> per les persones proposants (comunicants).<\/p>\n

    La convocat\u00f2ria per proposar comunicacions s’obre el 12 de juny i es tanca el 12 de setembre del 2024.<\/h4>\n

    Cada proposta haur\u00e0 d\u2019incloure:<\/p>\n

    3. Nom, filiaci\u00f3 i correu electr\u00f2nic de les persones proposants<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Les Persones Coordinadores acceptaran o rebutjaran les propostes a trav\u00e9s de la interf\u00edcie proporcionada per aquesta web del congr\u00e9s, abans de l’11 d’octubre del 2024. A continuaci\u00f3, podran organitzar el panell com els sembli m\u00e9s adient.<\/p>\n

      Tota la gesti\u00f3 de les comunicacions es far\u00e0 a trav\u00e9s del web del congr\u00e9s. S\u2019estudiar\u00e0 la possibilitat de poder penjar esborranys i\/o comunicacions definitives, que podran ser consultades obertament despr\u00e9s del congr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

      El Comit\u00e8 Organitzador podr\u00e0 redireccionar o fusionar les comunicacions rebutjades i els panells amb un nombre insuficient de propostes de comunicaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n

      2. Resum (250 paraules). \u00c9s important deixar clar el tipus d’activitat, les metes i l’adequaci\u00f3 als objectius del congr\u00e9s, les claus de la din\u00e0mica que proposa <\/li>\n
      3. Dades de les persones coordinadores: nom i cognoms, filiaci\u00f3 institucional, adre\u00e7a electr\u00f2nica.<\/li>\n
      4. Equipament, infraestructura i recursos necessaris: \u00e9s important deixar clar quin tipus d\u2019espai, equipament i, si escau, el suport t\u00e8cnic que requereix l\u2019activitat.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        El Comit\u00e8 Organitzador valorar\u00e0 les propostes rebudes i acceptar\u00e0 les que s’ajustin als requisits i condicions del congr\u00e9s, tenint en compte la disponibilitat d’espais i les especificitats t\u00e8cniques de les propostes. La preparaci\u00f3, l’organitzaci\u00f3 i el finan\u00e7ament de les activitats ser\u00e0 responsabilitat de les persones coordinadores de la proposta.<\/p>\n
